red cross The 3 day First Aid at Work course level 3 award is designed to learn basic and intermediate first aid skills to gain knowledge and confidence in view of becoming a proficient First Aider. The course itself is broken down into 2 units. The assessment procedure is ongoing by the instructor along with assessment papers each day. All learners must be a minimum of 16 years of age. This qualification fulfils the requirements of first aid when working in a high risk working environment.

Unit 1 - Emergency First Aid in the Workplace.

Unit 2 - Recognition and Management of Illnesses and Injury in the Workplace.

red cross On successfully passing you will be awarded a Level 3 RQF FAW Certificate, which is valid for 3 years subject to annual refresher training.
